Team

Yakhin B. Israel is the Founder and Principal of Twin Pillar Capital, an innovative commercial real estate capital advisory and development firm located in Tampa, FL.

Yakhin has led a comprehensive Commercial Real Estate Finance career, including a 15-year tenure with Fifth Third Bank in which he originated commercial real estate loans in throughout the Southeast and Midwest, sold performing and distressed notes and excelled at problem resolution as a “Special Situations” Asset Manager. A natural connector, he also sourced capital nationally for CRE investors and developers of all asset classes as a Senior Vice President of the CBRE Capital Markets/Debt & Structured Finance Group in Tampa.

Born and raised in Lexington, KY, Yakhin graduated with a BA in Economics from Denison University. He obtained the CCIM designation in 2013.
