Yakhin B. Israel is the Founder and Principal of Twin Pillar Capital, a CRE capital advisory, investment and development firm located in Tampa, FL.
Yakhin has led a comprehensive commercial real estate finance career, including a 15-year tenure with Fifth Third Bank in which he originated commercial real estate loans in OH, NC, SC, GA and FL; sold performing and distressed notes and excelled at problem resolution for “special situations”.
A natural connector, he also sourced capital nationally for CRE investors and developers of all asset classes as a Senior Vice President of the CBRE Capital Markets/Debt & Structured Finance Group in Tampa.
